Eating from serving ware that is made by hand brings another level of awareness and intentionality to the dining experience, and creating pieces that are a part of meaningful moments and connection are important part of the mission here at Niik Creative Co.
Care Instructions: Fully food-safe, we recommend handwashing these dishes. The Gold Luster which is used on these bowls can wear with extended use, and while that is a natural part of the process, gentle care will prolong the designs. Please refraining from putting them in the microwave due to the metallic components. While they are durable for everyday use or for special occasions, we want them to last for years for you and gentle care is the best way with ceramics!
Custom Orders: The number of pieces in stock reflects what is currently available in the shop. However, if you are interested in purchasing a set, please contact us here and we will set up a custom order for you!
Gold River Porcelain Nesting Bowls
Shipping
These pieces are made in small batches at the studio, in limited quantities. While we know you are excited to receive your pieces, please allow up to 1-2 month lead times as we carefully handcraft your pieces. There are a limited number of pieces made each year, so your pre-order helps us plan for how many pieces to make! Please be in touch if you have a closer timeline and we can work something out.
Care
Our handcrafted dinnerware is food safe, and is fired to cone 6 for durable, everyday use. The Gold River Collection is NOT microwave safe. We recommend handwashing these dishes with soap and water. If marks appear on the pieces that don't come off with soapy water, you can use a fine grit sandpaper or barkeepers friend to clean them.
Packaging
We care about the environment, and use as much eco-friendly material as possible when shipping our ceramics. Our packing peanuts are made from bio-digradable corn starch and can decomposed in water. We do use a small amount of bubblewrap with each piece to ensure that it arrives unbroken. You can reuse or recycle our blank cardboard boxes.
